During COVID-19 we are offering free shipping or a flat rate of $5.00 per order. You are able to see shipping costs on each order before checkout.
If you live in the Madison Area, call the store at 608-283-9868 during regular business hours and let us know what you want on our site. We can complete your transaction in the store and offer free delivery if applicable.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are 50% off or more are final sales and cannot be returned unless damaged during shipment. Customer must notify us within 7 days of shipment if item is damaged. We will gladly replace the damaged item if available. If the item is not available, we will credit your credit card or Paypal account. Note that Sterling Silver Chamilia beads will tarnish because they are Sterling and this is part of the oxidation process. All beads are cleaned prior to shipment. If your bead tarnishes, just clean with a sterling cloth. Tarnished beads are not considered damaged because this is a natural process for sterling beads.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States. If your order will be sent to Alaska or Hawaii, we will contact you with shipping information before we process your order. If your order has been processed, we will give you a 100% refund if you choose not to receive your order based on your shipping costs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that all Jewelry and Clothing are shipped for free. If you have added an item without free shipping to your cart, the shipping will only be calculated on that item or items only. Our shipping is calculated on a flat rate per dollar amount of the sale.
0.01 to $50.00 = $8.00
$50.01 to $100.00 = $10.00
$100.01 to $150.00 = $12.00
$150.00 to $200.00 = $14.00
$200.01 to $250.00 = $16.00
